undergroundzero festival. An experimental theater festival curated by Paul Bargetto and produced by East River Commedia in association with Collective:Unconscious. Lincoln Center Festival 09. This is Lincoln Center's annual festival of performance, with 56 artists and ensembles from 14 countries in works never before seen in North America. It's at six venues on and off the Lincoln Center campus, including Alice Tully Hall, where dance will be presented, and Park Avenue Armory. Theatre highlights inlcude: Le Theatre du Soleil's Les Ephemeres directed by Ariane Mnouchkin; Chekhov International Theater's production of Boris Gudonov, directed by Declan Donnellan; Katona Jozsef Theatre (Hungary) in Ivanov; and from St. Petersburg, Russia, Maly Drama Theatre's Life and Fate by Lev Dodin.
