FRED BACKUS graduated from Wesleyan University where he studied history and theater, and is now an actor in New York City who has performed at the Brick Theater, Ohio Theatre, TODO CON NADA, Collective: Unconscious, Henry Street Settlement, Manhattan Theater Source, and the Present Company Theatorium. Credits include: Babylon Babylon, Macbeth Without Words, Sexedelic Cemetery, The Pragmatists (Piper McKenzie), Bitch Macbeth (DoWhatNow Media), Camino Real (Arthouse Productions), That's What We're Here For, World Gone Wrong (Gemini CollisionWorks), Mountain Hotel (Havel Festival/Brick), and Horse Country (Present Company/Fringe NYC award for Outstanding Performance).
