Playbill On-Line is a very good general source of information about New York theatre.
NYC Theatre Spaces is a new free information source of available rehearsal and performance spaces in New York City for producers, directors, playwrights, actors and theatrical companies.
OOBR is the Off-Off-Broadway Review site offering listings, reviews, and other amenities to its members. OOBR's publisher, John Chatterton, produces the Midtown International Theatre Festival.
TheaterScene.net is a great supporter of theatre with up-to-date reviews and features of theater, music, cabaret, and dance performances.
Up-To-Date Theatrical Services is the company that produces mailing labels to agents, producers, etc.
The Tony Awards On-Line is the official site of the best-known theatre awards. This site contains theatre news and extensive features related to the Tony Awards.
The Theatre Development Fund (TDF) is the largest not-for-profit service organization for the performing arts in the country. In addition to TDF's most visible program, TKTS discount ticket booths in Times Square and the World Trade Center, TDF administers a range of ticket marketing programs that encourage production of new plays and musicals and enable more New Yorkers and visitors to enjoy the riches and variety of the city's theatre, dance, and music. Their site provides a nice guide to what's playing in New York by category (i.e., musical, comedy, etc.).
Dramatists Play Service publishes acting editions of hundreds of plays, with new titles added constantly. They also license productions of these plays. This is an indispensable site for anyone interested in producing theatre, or who just wants to keep up with the latest in American drama.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS: One of the worthiest theatre-related charitable organizations now has its own website.
GoldDerby.com is a fun site about entertainment awards--Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, and of course the Tonys--edited by popular writer Tom O'Neil, who is a great friend to nytheatre.com.

Clancy Productions is a new company whose principals are John Clancy and Nancy Walsh, co-founders of the Present Company and the New York International Fringe Festival. In addition to being a touring and producing company they are now using their extensive knowledge to aid others in the fields of "Edinburgh General Management" and "Off-Off General Management Services." Fees are moderate.
Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts: The official website of an outer borough arts center.
Harbor Theatre Company: A collective of playwrights developing new work for production in New York; Making Peter Pope and Are We There Yet? are among the plays from this group
Amnesia Wars: A truly cool website for a fine, accomplished improvisational theatre troupe. Founder Rob Reese also offers improv classes.
