Good Pictures

Produced by Monarch Theater Company

Author: Ashlin Halfnight

Good Pictures is about an unlikely pair of men who spend the night in a rural jail cell — planning escape and trying not to kill each other.  Audiences can expect an hour and fifteen minutes of highly charged drama, with a few laughs.

The show deals with a myriad of topical issues (from race and immigration to the sex trade) but it's really about two characters fighting against considerable odds to free themselves.

The show is simple, clean, and it's about the essentials: acting, directing and writing… it makes for a perfect FringeNYC show.
