CONTROL

Produced by New York Artists' Community

Author: Jessica Hinds

Control takes a hard and very hilarious look at the media's role in the rise of anxiety disorders among America's youth. Expect HOLLY and BRADY's messy apartment, self-loathing, witty banter, and an infomercial that finds His way into their living-room with His quick tongue, spewing existential Dr.Seuss. Expect something you have NEVER seen before.

Control explores multiple aspects of our culture that hits home in most people's hearts: post-college confusion, sexual identity, TV time suckage, financial failure, and most of all the fight to obtain and maintain personal control. Who hasn't been there?!

We chose to present Control because it's a hilarious romp, but also because it explores some of the darkest corners of American culture, and we believe that all art should be dangerously relevant while making you piss your pants with laughter.
