Carl & Shelly, Best Friends Forever

Produced by Carl & Shelly Productions

Author: Andrea Alton & Allen Warnock

Carl & Shelly, Best Friends Forever, is about two socially awkward yet brilliant best friends who produce a local Poetry Craft Corner Show on Public Access.  The tempting prospects of success and love threaten to ruin their friendship, but maybe they're too freaking weird and oblivious to notice.  Two actors portray eight characters in this fast-paced and ridiculous comedy about friendship.

For an audience looking to laugh at the struggle to be understood and maybe even at themselves, this is the show to see.

Over the last few years, my writing partner and I have been performing these characters in various comedy venues and festivals throughout the country.  Over that time, we have fallen in love with these off-beat, lovable characters and we wanted to share them with a wider audience.
