52 Man Pickup is every single sexual experience I have ever had, played out on a deck of cards. Each card is a different person and different adventure. Audiences will get an interactive night of unadulterated adult stories, told randomly through card games — a mix of stand-up comedy and pathos, a wealth of experience, and a confirmation that they are not alone in weirdness in the universe.

In a cultural landscape cluttered with glossy and overblown commodifications of sex, 52 Man Pickup offers audiences a chance to hear and share real stories on sex in the city. Lovers of comedy, poetry, storytelling and smut will enjoy seeing a woman do what she's not supposed to:  reveal all the skeletons in her closet, and the dirty, fleshy details that came with jumping their bones.

Does everyone have that experience on the subway, considering the various faces and crotches crowded around you, thinking, "That old guy has sex.  And that woman with the big mole does it too...?"  Or is it just me?  Despite this being one of the most basic levels of human interaction, sexuality often serves to create disconnection between people.  52 Man Pickup is a visceral theatrical experience that creates interpersonal and thematic connections on relationships, body image, identity, sexuality and taboo.
