BACK TO HOSPITAL 2009
Axis Company's annual serial about a man in a coma trying to sort out his life and situation is now at the three-quarter mark. Episode 3, which has just been reviewed by Martin Denton, is pretty remarkable. LOOKING AHEAD
The fall season on Broadway is starting to take shape. We're expecting two plays by David Mamet, revivals of The Royal Family and Bye Bye Birdie, a new play by August: Osage County's Tracy Letts, and a pair of Neil Simon autobiographical comedies. And coming early in September will be Jude Law as Hamlet, direct from his smash hit London engagement. Scope out the entire fall on Broadway here.
