ORIENTARHYTHM

nytheatre.com review by George Rand
August 10, 2007

From the first stark image, a Samurai warrior silhouetted against the rising sun, Orientarhythm grabs one by the throat. It never lets go. This Asian-fusion melange of rock-show, dance, clown-show, and mime should be too eclectic to work. But don't tell that to this talented and dynamic cast or the audience that cheered them on. By the time this review appears, the company will be well on its way back to Tokyo. New York will miss them.
