What is your job on this show?
director.

Where were you born? Where were you raised? Where did you go to school?
I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and I was lucky enough to attend a Rudolph Steiner School also in Sydney called Glenaeon.

What was the last show you saw that really excited you, and why?
National Theater Company of Scotland's 'Blackwatch' - the design and execution of physicality & choreography in the show was exceptional and very inspiring.

Why did you want to write/direct/produce/act in/work on this show?
I wanted to direct this show because of the intense physical demands the playwright puts on the performance, and how this must be weaved together with great tenderness and pain. It asks for a full gamut of expression.

Which “S” word best describes your show: SMOOTH, SEXY, SMART, SURPRISING?
Sexy

Theater is a necessary ingredient in democratic societies. Do you agree or disagree, and why?
I disagree. Theater is not a NECESSITY, but good theater should encourage our society to think, feel and engage with a sense of community. These experiences make living in a democracy more enriching - not by politics but by the exploration of our humanity.
