What is your job on this show?

What is your show about?
The struggles of four New Yorkers as they navigate life, love, and finding a home.

Theater that involves people in their struggle for change. Theater that is compassionate.

Complete this sentence: My show is the only one opening in NYC this winter that...?
...has both an IKEA shopping trip and a few rounds of Big Buck Hunter.

Why did you want to write/direct/produce/act in/work on this show?
I felt the characters were extremely relatable, and struggling with some of the same issues I do. It's always a struggle for stability in life, and finding a home can be a great challenge as well.

Which “S” word best describes your show: SMOOTH, SEXY, SMART, SURPRISING?
SURPRISING There are several great character motivated twists throughout that keep you invested in how it's all going to play out.

Can theater bring about societal change? Why or why not?
I would like to think so. Theater is often an act of group empathy or understanding. On an individual basis it can prepare one for challenges and questions that come up in daily life.
