What is your job on this show?
puppeteer.
Where were you born? Where were you raised? Where did you go to school?
I was born and raised in San Francisco, California, to a musician mom and a carpenter dad. Perhaps these two influences subconsciously pushed me into the world of the theater. By highschool I was doing all the plays and I went on to major in Theater at UC Santa Cruz.
Who is more important in the theater: the actor, the playwright, or the director?
let us not forget the humble stagehand, without whom the show would not be possible.
How did you meet your fellow artists/collaborators on this show?
I've lived and worked with all of them for years during the summer at the Bread and Puppet farm in Glover, Vermont.
Which famous New Jerseyite would like your show the best: Snooki, Bruce Springsteen, Thomas Edison?
Snooki, because she functions well in the world of the abstract.
Can theater bring about societal change? Why or why not?
Yes, it can. Participating in and watching theater brings about societal awareness, which begets change.
