What is your job on this show?
STAR.

What is your show about?
Travel back to the Ambassador Hotel for a 1930s Hollywood backstage musical starring the original flaxen vixen and her ever-present stable of MEN, MEN, MEN!

When did you know you wanted to work in the theater, and why?
I realized my love for the theatre when I was in eighth grade and I had to recite several characters from Macbeth aloud while my teacher cleaned old sticky peppermints out of the bottom of her handbag and calculated her measley retirement benefits.

Complete this sentence: My show is the only one opening in NYC this spring that...?
Stars me as Mae West in an all singing, all dancing vaudevillian 1930s cabaret floorshow that's chocked full of surprises!

How did you meet your fellow artists/collaborators on this show?
Many of the actors are also comedians. We met at Stand Up New York in Lisa Lampanelli's comedy class. She told us all repeatedly, "KEEP YOUR DAY JOB, LOSERS!"

Which “S” word best describes your show: SMOOTH, SEXY, SMART, SURPRISING?
Sexy, smart, sophistocated and SINsational!!

Who are your heroes?
Mae West, Benjamin Franklin and Rosa Parks. They were all successful pioneers and role models!
